Can I make and receive telephone calls?

Friends and family may call guests onboard via Maritime Telecommunications Network (MTN) Shore-to-Ship telephone service. The rate is $9.50 per minute from the United States; additional long distance charges may apply from outside the United States.

The caller needs to have available the ship name (Imagination) and the guest's name. The charges will be applied to the caller's credit card: MasterCard - Visa - American Express - The Discover Card - Diner's Club. 1-877 CCLSHIP (1-877-225-7447) from the U.S. 1-732-335-3284 from Canada and outside the U.S.

What about shore excursions on Grand Turk Island?

You may choose from a variety of shore excursions at our beautiful port of call! If you would like to purchase a shore excursion package through Carnival, we recommend that you do so on-line before the cruise at http://www.carnival.com. Please note that you will not be able to purchase shore excursions until you receive your booking number approximately three weeks before we sail. You may also register for a shore excursion at the onboard desk after boarding the ship. These excursions are optional. *

Please remember to allow yourself enough time to get back to the ship before our scheduled departure. The ship’s time will remain on Eastern time throughout the sailing. Cell phones may reset to local time if we sail outside of the Eastern time zone, which could make you an hour late if you rely on them. The ship will not wait for late guests.

What is Premier's dining policy?

Your final dining time will be indicated on your Sail and Sign card. Once you enter your assigned dining room and are escorted to your table, those seats will be your assignment for the rest of the cruise. Groups should plan to arrive early to secure seats together. By popular request, all dining rooms are smoke-free.

Where is the lost and found?

The Lost and Found is located at the Information Desk. If you've lost anything, you should report the item to the Information Desk and ask if it has been returned yet. If you find anything, please turn it in there. After the ship returns to your port of origin, all found and unclaimed articles will be sent to the company headquarters where they can be claimed.

When is the appropriate time to ask for an autograph?

There will be scheduled times when you will have the opportunity to attend “Artist & Speaker Autograph Sessions.” To accommodate as many guests as possible, there will be a limit of one autograph per person. Specific locations for each artist and speaker can be found in your copy of The Premier Cruise News and in The “Carnival Capers” which you will receive upon boarding the ship. Please note that it is likely that you will get only some of the artists and speakers autographs due to time constraints so plan to visit your favorites first! Remember that our guest artists and speakers are on vacation too. We want to respect their personal time with their families as well, and therefore, we ask that passengers ONLY approach an artist for an autograph during this official artist signing time.

What activities will be available aboard the ship?

The beauty of The Music Boat 2012 Cruise is that you can do as little or as much as you want to do. In addition to the typical Carnival Cruise activities and amenities, there will be nightly concerts, morning devotions, teen activities, comedy acts, and autograph sessions.

Will there be a concert schedule available for the cruise?

Yes. You will receive a copy of the official “Cruise News” newspaper in the Port Terminal before we embark. This will give you a list of all the concerts for the week.

Will I have access to the internet once onboard?

For those guests who want the option of staying connected to the rest of the world, Carnival offers access to the Internet with their onboard Internet Café and wireless networks using the ships own satellite connection. The Internet Café is open 24-hours a day and features private terminals with the latest flat panel computer monitors. Guests will have the ability to send and receive e-mail, chat online and access the full Internet. Guests can also access their own e-mail account through AOL, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc. Alternatively, guests will have the option to use their very own temporary e-mail account with Carnival’s “Cruise E-mail”™.

Carnival also offers wireless Internet access across their entire fleet. To take full advantage of this feature, guests should bring their personal laptops along with them, as the number of laptops available for rent onboard is limited. In addition, this network supports the latest Wi-Fi enabled i-Phones, Palm Pilots and Blackberrys. These wireless deployments are available fleet-wide.

Internet Café Price List :
To utilize the Internet service, the below options are available. Please note that the Internet pricing options are identical, whether an Internet Café terminal is utilized, or a laptop. All Internet access charges will be billed directly to the guest's onboard “Sail & Sign” Account. In addition, when using a Café terminal, files can be downloaded as "read only" but cannot be saved. Users who bring their own laptop can read and save files without restriction.

An initial one-time Activation Fee of $3.95 applies to each user. A basic time charge of $0.75 per minute (“Pay-As-You-Go”) is available. Minutes are rounded to the next full minute. Discounted "Time Plans" offer guests the opportunity to enjoy a lower per-minute rate. These Time Plans do not have to be used in a single session and can be used anytime throughout the cruise until debarkation; No refund for unused minutes; Upgrading selected pricing option is not available. Plans are subject to change.

Cruises less than 6 days in length:
30 minutes for $16.50 ($0.55 per minute)
60 minutes for $24.00 ($0.40 per minute)

If your personal laptop does not have built in Wi-Fi, you can rent a Wireless Radio Card on board. To rent a Wireless Radio Card for your personal laptop, the rate is $10.00 per day, optional insurance is $3.00 per day. This allows guests to connect their laptops to the ship's wireless signal and is in addition to the Internet price plans.

Do meals cost anything?

All meals are included in your cruise fare. Room service is available 24 hours a day.

Formal dinners are served on board in two seating’s. You may request your preferred dining time when you book your stateroom. No requests are guaranteed and all are subject to availability.

What do I do with my valuables?

We're sure you'll want to bring your camera, jewelry and other valuable items with you on your cruise. However, since the ship cannot accept responsibility for any articles left in the stateroom, public areas or packed in your luggage, we suggest the use of a safety deposit box or cabin safe. For your convenience and protection, safety deposit boxes are available in every stateroom and are located in either the closet or a cabinet. The safe can be opened by using any type of card with a magnetic strip on the back, such as a credit card.

Will artists' and speakers' merchandise be available on the cruise?

YES! The Premier Store will be open at various times throughout the cruise. Look in The Premier Cruise News for the schedule and location. You can shop for CDs, artist T-shirts, books, and other specialty items. While you are there, don’t forget to purchase your Music Boat cruise T-shirts and souvenirs, too!

Will the ships casinos and bars be open during the cruise?

The ship operates a casino, bars, and stores (formality shops, hair salon, spa, and gift shop) on the ship. These entities are operated by the cruise lines or outside vendors contracted by the cruise lines. Premier Christian Cruises and its affiliates do not endorse any particular entity. Non-alcoholic and soft drink beverages will be available throughout the ship during its sailing.

Can we save seats at the concerts?

No. Premier Christian Cruises wants all passenger have the same opportunity to get great seats in our events. Therefore we have established a policy of no saving seats. From the owners of the company and their families, to the performers and their families, to our media partners, to our staff and volunteer, and to our passengers, we have the same policy. No one has early access privileges. Once into an event, there is no saving seats for other members of your party. All seating is done on a first-come, first-serve basis. The only exception to this policy is for those passengers who are confined to a wheel chair.
