Presidential Election Absentee Ballot
The United State’s Presidential Election is scheduled to be held this year during The Music Boat sailing. It should be noted that many State and Local elections will take place on Tuesday, November 6th as well. Please plan accordingly by taking the opportunity to early vote as well as absentee vote as defined by your respective state and local governmental agencies.

Transportation
Premier Christian Cruises offers you the opportunity to purchase transportation to and from the port and/or hotel at a reduced rate. We understand that whistling for a cab while juggling 3 suitcases isn’t the best experience for your stress-free vacation. Leave the hassle to us!
All requests must be received by September 30, 2012.
You will receive 2 types of confirmation:
- You will receive your purchase receipt in your email. Please take time to look checking closely the amount paid and the number of vouchers requested. VERY IMPORTANT: Print this and keep it with you.
- We will send you a voucher packet 1-2 weeks prior to the cruise to your mailing address. The packet will explain when and where to meet your shuttle van or bus. If you do not receive the vouchers in your mailbox at your physical mailing address or if you have any other questions, please call us at 1-800-889-5265.

Who May Sail
Please make sure that everyone in your stateroom is eligible to sail.
1. Infants who are at least 6 months old on the day of departure may sail.
2. Women who will be less than 24 weeks into their pregnancy on the day of departure, and for the duration of the cruise, may sail. This policy is due to the risk of premature labor. Pregnant women must have a letter from their doctor stating how far along (in weeks) their pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise, that mother and baby are in good health and fit to travel, and that the pregnancy is not high-risk.
3. Adults aged twenty-one or older may sail. The Cruise Line shall refuse boarding to any guest under the age of twenty-one unless the guest is:
a. traveling in the same stateroom with an individual twenty-five years or older;
b. traveling in the same stateroom with their spouse (Proof of age and/or proof of marriage are required); or
c. traveling with a parent or guardian in an accompanying stateroom.
Guests not conforming to these policies will be denied boarding and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued. Sorry, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to these policies.
Ticketing
Please note that you will not receive a cruise ticket booklet, instead we will send you a booking number approximately three weeks prior to sailing. You will then use your booking number to complete the Carnival FunPass online check-in and print your boarding pass and luggage tags.
Medical Conditions
If you have a medical condition that requires special arrangements or treatments to travel, please CLICK HERE to acquire one of our forms. It must be filled out and faxed back to us as soon as possible. Without this form, you will not board the ship.
Cribs
If you are traveling with an infant, please call us as soon as possible to request a crib. Cribs are not guaranteed and are provided on a first come, first serve basis.
Dietary Needs
We can accommodate most special dietary needs, such as Food Allergies, Gluten-free, Vegetarian (except for Vegan and Lacto-Ovo vegetarian), Low-fat, Low-Sodium, Lactaid/Soy Milk, Ensure, and Kosher meals at no extra charge. Please contact your Cruise Consultant with your request.
Embarkation
Suggested Time of Arrival
Guests will be able to embark on the ms Imagination at approximately 11:30 am on Monday, November 5th. Lunch will be served on the Lido Deck until 3:15 pm. Please allow for any travel delays. All guests will need to be on board by 3:00 pm. It will be the responsibility of each guest to arrive and register on time. *Premier Christian Cruises is not responsible for delayed flights or arrivals to the Port Terminal.
Concert Schedule
*You will receive a copy of the official “Cruise News” newspaper in the Port Terminal before we embark. This will give you a list of all the events for the week.
Documentation
Travel Documentation
Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise and is the responsibility of the guest. Any guest traveling without proper documentation will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued.
U.S. citizens are encouraged to show a U.S. passport. If they do not have a passport, they should be prepared to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (i.e. Driver's License) and proof of U.S. citizenship in the form of a government-issued (not hospital issued) U.S. birth certificate.
It is important that guest names on travel documents be identical to those on the cruise booking. Otherwise, proof of name change (i.e. a marriage license) AND a valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID must be presented. In order to serve our customers better Premier Christian Cruises has partnered with A Briggs Passport and Visa Expeditors. If you need to order a new passport, renew a passport, replace a lost or stolen passport, or update your passport, A Briggs works with the U.S. Passport Agency and foreign embassies and consulates to secure passports as quickly as 24 hours. Minors and Students
If you are 25 years or older and will be sharing a stateroom with someone under age 21 who is not your spouse, and who does not have a parent or legal guardian traveling on the cruise, please contact Premier Christian Cruises at 1-800-889-5265 as soon as possible regarding this special situation.
